This agreement is a legal contract between you and Milk VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this agreement. Please read them carefully before use. You may not copy, modify or misuse the App or its associated trademarks without authorization. Reverse engineering, source-code extraction, text translation for derivative versions or development of unauthorized derivative products is prohibited. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or service fees, and fee changes will be clearly communicated. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device is not recommended.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also subject to the respective terms of those partners.

Service limitations: the App relies on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If service cannot be used because of device arrears, data limits, weak signal or carrier restrictions, the Service Provider is not responsible for related consequences. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. Roaming charges incurred outside your home country without a suitable data plan are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service due to battery depletion, system restrictions or third-party platform policies is not covered by compensation. We strive to provide accurate route information, but some data may come from third-party partners; we are not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by such information. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: all software sales are final and non-refundable. Once a software license key or digital product access has been provided, refund requests will no longer be accepted.

Unauthorized Use: refunds will not be provided if software license keys or digital product access are shared, resold or used without authorization.
