This Privacy Policy explains how Milk VPN (the 'Service', 'we' or 'us') handles personal information through the mobile application (the 'App'). We collect only what is necessary to operate the service, maintain security and protect user privacy within this policy framework.

When you download and launch the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status and session duration. To recommend better routes, we may process approximate device location information. This information is used for: 1. route recommendation based on Milk VPN's node distribution; 2. performance improvement through anonymized aggregate connection trends; 3. service communication, such as important updates, security notices or account messages sent through your registered email or username.

We transmit only aggregated anonymized data to necessary third-party partners, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring and feature improvement. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information with third parties: 1. compliance with legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. protection of user safety, property or fraud investigation; 3. cooperation with entrusted service providers under strict confidentiality agreements. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App through the standard device process.

User-provided data will be retained during the active service period and for a reasonable grace period thereafter. If you need to cancel your account early and delete your personal profile, please contact our privacy team via [email protected]. This App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit data from that group; if such information is discovered, we will initiate deletion procedures. We maintain physical and electronic safeguards to protect data confidentiality.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time due to regulatory requirements, product changes or business needs. Please review this page periodically. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the revised terms. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
